Being a Leader in Today's World with Oluneye Oluwole

Are leaders born or are they made? If leaders are made, what makes a leader, and if leaders are born, what circumstances surround born leaders? How do leaders make a difference and a significant impact?

Our world, as we know it today, has been negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, exposing underlying problems - hatred, racism, poverty, inequity - resulting in death, chaos, and mental health issues. People of every race, color, and gender are experiencing excruciating pain, hurt, and - more than ever before - the world is in dire need of leaders at all levels and in every sphere of human interaction.

The question is: what type of leadership or leaders does the world need today, and are you born or made as a leader for such a time as this?
