Drawing the Line: Creating Healthy Boundaries to Improve Self-Care with Jennifer Foxworthy

Explore ways to have supportive, healthy, respectful relationships with self and others. Boundaries help remove  negative relationships that serve no positive purpose and create limitations to prevent taking advantage of a  person. We must also draw boundaries within ourselves of excuses, low self-esteem, failure, and fear.

Jennifer Foxworthy is a retired Navy combat veteran, Distinguished Toastmaster, award-winning inspirational influencer, internationally published author, public speaking coach, as well as an anti-domestic violence activist and  victim’s advocate. Jennifer travels around the country using her life experiences boldly, authentically, and transparently,  speaking on topics of self-esteem, domestic violence awareness, overcoming adversity, self-care, and much more.  Essentially, Jennifer uses her voice to help others find theirs. Some of Jennifer’s positive people include her wonderful  husband, Thomas, a ten-year-old son, Noah, and her three stepchildren - Josh, Laura, and Matt.
